Activate your license

Purchase or demo, Google sign-in, and activation with an internet connection in the ConvivAula app.

The license lives on your account. After signing in you choose a 30-day demo or leave a purchase request. Offline, the app accepts it for at most 2 days after the last check.

Important: an internet connection is required to activate the product (and to renew the license). Without a connection, activation cannot be completed.

1. Sign in with Google or an email code. Complete centre setup: 30-day demo or purchase request. An admin can assign Standard / Standard + AI.
2. With an internet connection, sign in to the portal (Google or the email you were invited with).
3. In the app (also online): Settings → License → Sign in with browser.
4. The app fetches the license, stores a signed copy, and offline accepts it for up to 2 days after that check.

Google, Outlook or email is only used to identify the account and bind the license. We never send student data.
